This program is designed for clients interested in achieving specific fitness goals. Workout sessions may include cardiovascular training, resistance training, or a combination of both, depending on the client’s specific fitness goals. The focus of the program is to lead clients towards their goals through proper training. This program includes initial, midpoint, and final fitness consultations and assessments, workout sessions with a personal trainer, a workbook that includes a fitness journal, food log, workout planner, and information on goal setting, healthy eating and more.
Many clients begin the Total Body Challenge program to:
- Lose weight and keep it off
- Learn to eat to live, not live to eat
- Learn to integrate fitness into their lifestyle
- Get over a plateau and lose those last few pounds
- Begin a lifelong committment to be fit and active
The Big Event
If you have a specific goal date or a special event you want to lose weight by, then consider The Big Event program. This program should be started at least 8 weeks prior to the big day (Longer time may be needed depending on current state of the client, training availability, etc.), but can be started in as little a few weeks from the big day.
